Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. KEY VERSE: MATTHEW 24:34 Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass, till these things be fulfilled. The nearness of Christ’s soon return can be seen from events about the tribe of Israel by studying the Jewish nation as a fig tree. It is our generation that the above scripture is referring to. It is instructive to state that, Israel had been scattered since 70AD that is after the death of Christ. Since then the citizens of the Jewish nation have been scattered abroad all over the world. Israel regrouped and became a nation in 1948. A study of Israel as a state from that time to today reveals the nearness of the time of the rapture in empirical terms. |
