CHILDLESSNESS CANNOT NULLIFY MARRIAGE EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) SATURDAY, JUNE 25TH, 2022 TEXT: LUKE 1:5-7 (5) There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. (6) And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. (7) And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years. KEY VERSE: MATTHEW 19:6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God had joined together, let not man put asunder. Many homes and marriages are broken today for several reasons. One of the major reasons is childlessness or barrenness. Marriage is between a man and a woman and there can be no separation on account of childlessness. Barrenness is a possibility in this life and you are not the only one with such a case. The scripture gives account of precious people in the heart of God who have been barren. Up until today, there are still precious people among us that are barren and are in active service of God. So it is a common phenomenon and should not affect the marriage union. Zachariah and Elizabeth his wife had no child until they were both stricken in age and yet they were holy and perfect. (7) And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it. (8) And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. KEY VERSE: MATTHEW 6:10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. I have to teach My followers submission to My will when it is not easy. I have to see their willingness to follow a hard road and to make sacrifices for My sake. When I see the submissive heart, I can then show the more joyous side of My will-the restful communion with Me, the enjoyment of Myself, My gifts and My world-which I want them to have, because I love them so much! To reveal, at the onset, the many rewards of life with Me would produce the wrong motive for acceptance of My will. Only when I see unquestioning obedience, can I then shower My love and peace; and reveal the blessings and the enjoyment of them as being just as truly My will as sacrifice and duty. 6/23/2022

(36) But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. (37) Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; (38) Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. KEY VERSE: JUDGES 4:4 And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time. The few men in godly ministry are not sufficient for the great harvest. The burden is too great for them. Those leading the great work are now complaining like Moses, ‘how can I do all these things alone?’ The few men that are available are sighing for help since their fellow men are not there. Their fellow men have gone after satan. They have entered into contract with satan. The men are saying like Moses, ‘Oh Lord, did I give birth to all these people? Why have you put this great burden upon me alone?’ The men are not there, but women are there. (2) Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. (3) And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory. Many who serve as pastors and ministers do not have balanced knowledge of the word of God. A certain pastor said that when he takes alcohol, he would be charged enough to preach without being intimidated by the presence of anybody. Can you imagine such a minister on the pulpit? A prophet once said he sees vision clearly when under the influence of alcohol. Their understanding is unfruitful. John 3:3-8 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
