 EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) WEDNESDAY MAY 31,2023 TEXT: 2 TIMOTHY 4:1-4 1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. Key Verse: John 4:24 “God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth” The carnal nature of man cannot be subjected to principles of righteousness and holiness. It makes men indulge in all forms of fleshy pleasure to satisfy their pride and passions. Worldliness has taken over the church. Worshippers do not have God in focus. Many worldly activities have been incorporated into worship to satisfy the passion of the worshippers. Their songs carry worldly styles and inspiration. The music ministers to the flesh and fills the service with the wildest form of ungodly dance to satisfy pleasure of the flesh. The musicians are unconverted and sometimes dress in worldly fashion. Certainly, their worship is not to God. The sermons preached cannot convert anyone. They promote laughter and stir fleshly emotions. Some are mere motivational talks. True believers must repent from worldliness in worship and stare clear from it. Holiness in worship is required to receive the life and blessing of God. 5/30/2023
DO NOT PROVOKE THE OTHER SIDE OF GOD EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) TUESDAY MAY 30,2023 TEXT: PSALM 37:17-20 17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord upholdeth the righteous. 18 The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. 19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. 20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the Lord shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away. Key Verse: Hebrews 12:29 “For our God is a consuming fire.” When people say “The Lord is good all the time” and “all the time the Lord is good,” they are confessing the abundance of God's grace, His unfathomable mercy and immeasurable benevolence. The goodness of God is vast and beyond full understanding. God's goodness is expressed in his patience with sinful mankind and love for His enemies. He does not want anyone to perish, but wants all to come to repentance and be saved 1 Timothy 2:4). But God's universal grace, love and goodness as expressed to the righteous and wicked alike is not to be mistaken for the endorsement of wickedness amongst men.  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) MONDAY MAY 29,2023 TEXT 1 TIMOTHY 2:8-10 8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. 9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; 10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. Key Verse: 1 Peter 3:3; Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel. From our text and key verse, we can learn the following of godly dressing. I. Modest Apparel. The godly woman's dressing must be modest and appropriate, portraying her Christian faith and holiness. She must avoid both extremes, wretched or flamboyant appearance.

And he divided unto them his living. 13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living. 14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want. 15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him. 17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, Key Verse: Luke 15: 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, The text shows the return of the prodigal son to his father. His return and confession showed his situation report. His father accepted and forgave his sin beyond his expectation. In the same way if you as a minister find yourself in immorality, come low and report yourself to your leader. The devil overcame you but God has known and will want to welcome you back. Discipline yourself by reporting yourself. If it requires withdrawing yourself from church service, do it. Your life does not consist in the service you render in the church so seek heaven first and not service. Ask for prayers and pardon. That is what God is looking for. REMOVE SLANDERERS FROM THE HOUSE OF GOD EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) SATURDAY MAY 27,2023 TEXT: 2 SAMUEL 16:1-4 1And when David was a little past the top of the hill, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a couple of asses saddled, and upon them two hundred loaves of bread, and an hundred bunches of raisins, and an hundred of summer fruits, and a bottle of wine.2 And the king said unto Ziba, What meanest thou by these? And Ziba said, The asses be for the king's household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that such as be faint in the wilderness may drink.3 And the king said, And where is thy master's son? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he abideth at Jerusalem: for he said, To day shall the house of Israel restore me the kingdom of my father.4 Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine are all that pertained unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly beseech thee that I may find grace in thy sight, my lord, O king. Key Verse: Psalm 101:5 Whoso privily slandereth his neighbor, him will I cut off, Slanderers do not carry message of love but of resentment. They are destroyers and not builders. Their aim is self-promotion and self-protection. When Ziba came to David in the wilderness as he fled from Absalom, to get David's favour, he came with a slander against Mephibosheth. King David asked him of Mephibosheth his master, he said Mephibosheth was busy preparing himself in Jerusalem to be king saying, “Now the Lord shall restore to me the kingdom of my father that was snatched away from the hand of Saul.” David wondered why a lame man he has shown mercy should act this way knowing he saved him from death because of the covenant he made with Jonathan his father. With all he has done for Mephibosheth, why should he seek his hurt? He gave Ziba the vineyard he once restored to Mephibosheth. See what a slander can do! You can understand why David vouched to cut off slanderers from his domain. 5/26/2023
THE TRINITY OF THE GODHEAD EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) FRIDAY MAY 26,2023 TEXT: EPHESIANS 4: 4-6 Key Verse: 1 John 5: 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. There are many confusions, misconceptions, and errors circulating in Christendom concerning the idea of the divine Trinity in the Bible. The doctrine of the Trinity of the Godhead is a mystery. The word Trinity does not appear in the Bible, but however, we have a concept of it. The LORD our God is one God in three persons and three persons in one God. The three Persons are distinct or separate but are all equal and of the same essence and nature. (Deut. 6:4-5, Hear O Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord…). In the basic description of Him: God is Spirit, Light, Love and a consuming Fire. His essential attributes: God is Eternal, Immutable, Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent. Among His moral attributes are perfect holiness, righteousness, love and faithfulness. Like in the Godhead, man also exists in three components: spirit, soul and body. 5/25/2023
LET BROTHERLY LOVE CONTINUE EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) THURSDAY MAY 25,2023 TEXT: HEBREWS 13: 1-4 1Let brotherly love continue.2Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.3Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.4Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. Key Verse: 1 John 4:7-8 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. We must be aware that many things come up in our lives to challenge the pure Christian love in the church, in the family and in the marriage. Regardless of these things, we are admonished to ensure that brotherly love continues. We have to do good to entertain strangers. Or else we will be continually suspicious of everyone. We will always be fearing. There is no love at times, but the Bible tells us that perfect love casts out all fear. So, our love must be perfect; it must be intact else we cannot live a holy Christian life. Though there are challenges of ungodliness, which makes relationship difficult, brotherly love must continue. We have to be patient and tolerant or else we will be always angry at the weaknesses and failures of others. Peter was not sure if he had the strength to continue loving and forgiving others who are constantly causing frustration. 5/24/2023
SCRIPTURAL WATER BAPTISM EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) WEDNESDAY MAY 24,2023 TEXT: MARK 16: 15-18 15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.16He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.17And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;18They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. Key Verse: Matthew 28: 19, 'Go ye therefore and teach all nation, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.' The church, the leaders and the new believer needs to know very important facts concerning water baptism.
 EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) TUESDAY MAY 23,2022 TEXT: GALATIANS 1:6-12 6I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:7Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.8But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.9As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.10For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.11But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.12For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. Key Verse: Titus 1: 9, 'Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.' God wants us to be a debtor to the truth and be ready to preach it everywhere without fail and without change. Paul was committed to this truth, because he knew without a doubt that it was true. It came to him by revelation and he knew that it must not change because it is the perfect truth. He warns the people against deviation and never to be removed from it. We are admonished to hold fast to these faithful words as we have been taught, that we may be able by this sound doctrine to exhort and convince the gainsayers. Holding firm the word of truth, without changing, perverting or diluting it. Preachers that are moving from church to church for money: they are preaching not for eternal salvation. They are established as a company or a business centre to make money. We should not deviate by submitting ourselves to them. They lack vision, so they and the people under them perish. Under them, there is no progress to your Christian life; you were in the hands of sinners and vain talkers.  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) MONDAY MAY 22,2023 TEXT: EPHESIANS 6: 10-18 10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.11Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.13Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Key Verse: Philippians 2:10 'That at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow' The believer should know that there are wiles, tricks, methods, devices and strategies that Satan uses against Christians. Satan has planned an evil day for every believer, designed for the person's 'destruction. If you are not careful to keep watch over yourself, it will be easy for you to be captured by the enemy. If you are careless to begin to lie, steal, to return to immorality, perversion, secret sin, worldliness and to compromise your faith, you have opened the door to the enemy, and has given Satan the power to activate your evil day. These behaviours mean that you would have walked from under the secret place of the Most-High, and forfeited the provision of the abiding presence and cover of the Almighty available to you. Satan begins to take you over. And they told him the tidings of the men of Jabesh.6And the Spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard those tidings, and his anger was kindled greatly.7And he took a yoke of oxen, and hewed them in pieces, and sent them throughout all the coasts of Israel by the hands of messengers, saying, Whosoever cometh not forth after Saul and after Samuel, so shall it be done unto his oxen. And the fear of the LORD fell on the people, and they came out with one consent.8And when he numbered them in Bezek, the children of Israel were three hundred thousand, and the men of Judah thirty thousand.9And they said unto the messengers that came, Thus shall ye say unto the men of Jabeshgilead, To morrow, by that time the sun be hot, ye shall have help. And the messengers came and shewed it to the men of Jabesh; and they were glad.10Therefore the men of Jabesh said, To morrow we will come out unto you, and ye shall do with us all that seemeth good unto you.11And it was so on the morrow, that Saul put the people in three companies; and they came into the midst of the host in the morning watch, and slew the Ammonites until the heat of the day: and it came to pass, that they which remained were scattered, so that two of them were not left together.12And the people said unto Samuel, Who is he that said, Shall Saul reign over us? bring the men, that we may put them to death.13And Saul said, There shall not a man be put to death this day: for to day the LORD hath wrought salvation in Israel.14Then said Samuel to the people, Come, and let us go to Gilgal, and renew the kingdom there.15And all the people went to Gilgal; and there they made Saul king before the LORD in Gilgal; and there they sacrificed sacrifices of peace offerings before the LORD; and there Saul and all the men of Israel rejoiced greatly. Key Verse: Hebrews. 10:39: “But we are not of the those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul; The Lord raised up Saul for greater exploits but he had a truncated destiny. To truncate means, to cut off short, to maim or to reduce to a stub. Beware of a great fall. Soul started well but he was careless. Always ask God grace. Stand up for what is right even if you are standing alone. Don't fear, no man will be able to harm you. Take complicated matters to God. Address that matter before God squarely. God loves the humble. Saul he was humble from the beginning until pride swallowed him up. The choice of Saul was a divine call. If Satan pushes you to the wall, don not quit, there is a man of Galilee. Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah. 5/20/2023
GOD WILL WORK OUT HIS WILL IN YOUR LIFE EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) SATURDAY MAY 20,2023 TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 9:1-3, 6-10 1Now there was a man of Benjamin, whose name was Kish, the son of Abiel, the son of Zeror, the son of Bechorath, the son of Aphiah, a Benjamite, a mighty man of power.2And he had a son, whose name was Saul, a choice young man, and a goodly: and there was not among the children of Israel a goodlier person than he: from his shoulders and upward he was higher than any of the people.3And the asses of Kish Saul's father were lost. And Kish said to Saul his son, Take now one of the servants with thee, and arise, go seek the asses. 6And he said unto him, Behold now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honourable man; all that he saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go.7Then said Saul to his servant, But, behold, if we go, what shall we bring the man? for the bread is spent in our vessels, and there is not a present to bring to the man of God: what have we?8And the servant answered Saul again, and said, Behold, I have here at hand the fourth part of a shekel of silver: that will I give to the man of God, to tell us our way.9(Beforetime in Israel, when a man went to enquire of God, thus he spake, Come, and let us go to the seer: for he that is now called a Prophet was beforetime called a Seer.)10Then said Saul to his servant, Well said; come, let us go. So they went unto the city where the man of God was. Key Verse: Hebrews. 10:23. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering, (for he is faithful that promised). If God has given you a promise, He will work it out. God will do it and it shall come to pass. Beloved, God keeps his promises. It is not your business to bother on how God will accomplish it. God will carry you through every storm in life and honour you. The infallible power of God will work out His plan in your life. Saul has been wondering how will this promise come to pass. 1 Sam. 9:21. Allow God to do it. May God bring us into practical relationship with Him. 5/19/2023
THE DANGER OF IGNORANCE IN CHRISTIANITY EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) FRIDAY MAY 19,2023 TEXT: LEVITICUS 4:1-5 1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,2Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a soul shall sin through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and shall do against any of them:3If the priest that is anointed do sin according to the sin of the people; then let him bring for his sin, which he hath sinned, a young bullock without blemish unto the LORD for a sin offering.4And he shall bring the bullock unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and shall lay his hand upon the bullock's head, and kill the bullock before the LORD.5And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bullock's blood, and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation: Key Verse: Leviticus 5:17 "And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the Lord, though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity" Ignorance means that you do not know the law. It means you do not know the way which is dangerous. If you step on a snake ignorantly, does it stop it from biting you? Ignorance is like one carrying a letter, not knowing the content of the letter, just like Uriah that carried a letter that killed him. It is like you are in a place and you did not know what that place is made of and that the place is meant for you. Ignorance is just like a student who did not know there will be exams, and because he didn't know he went his way. If you park your car where you should not park, the Traffic officer will ask why you parked there. They will tell you it is wrong to park there. Even if you did not know that it was wrong to park there, you have already offended and you will be penalized. There are dangers and penalties for your ignorance. 5/18/2023
FEAR NOT, I AM YOUR GOD, I WILL HELP YOU EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) TEXT: ISAIAH 41:10, 13-14 10Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. 13For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.14Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. Key Verse: 2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love and of a sound mind. This is God's promise to His people. Fear not. Fear not your enemy, because since the fall of man, his problem has been fear. Fear of the enemy, fear of failure, fear that evil will last long in your life. The problem of man is fear. But God's word says to you, “fear not”, I will help you. Whatever the situation or the circumstance or the condition you are going through, God is saying to you – fear not. He will help you. Believe God in His promise to keep you. He is your God and He cannot lie. Hebrews 6:18, That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) WEDNESDAY MAY 17,2023 TEXT: LUKE 3:21-22 21Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,22And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased. Key Verse: Matthew 3:16-17 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him and was the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: In the baptism of Jesus Christ, we see the Trinity of the Godhead clearly revealed. There is something to learn from the above verses, the Father was in heaven and the Holy Ghost descended in the shape of a dove from heaven and miraculously rested on Jesus. Note the following: Jesus was in human shape; Holy Ghost was in dove shape. The Father was in His power in Heaven. Can we say the Holy Spirit is a dove? No. He is God! What about Jesus that took the body of a man? Was Jesus a man? Who is He? He is God! God can take any shape He desires to fulfil a purpose that is in His heart. So, even though Jesus took the shape of a man, He was actually God. Jesus assumed the dual personality of God-man. It is a unique miracle! As man, He was lower than God the Father, but as God, He was equal with the Father. 5/16/2023
IT IS GOOD TO MARRY EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) TUESDAY MAY 16,2023 TEXT: GENESIS 2:18-25 18And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.19And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.20And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.21And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;22And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.23And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.24Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.25And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed. Key Verse: Hebrews 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremonger s and adulterers God will judge. Marriage was instituted by God from the beginning of the creation of man. God Himself said it is not good that the man should be alone. He made a woman to be man's companion as a wife. Therefore, when you come of age as a man you need to marry. Similarly, a woman needs to be a wife to a man when she comes to that age. Marriage is a good and honourable thing. That a man gets married to a woman is something that God, angels, men and women on earth honour. If the departed saints would hear of it, they would honour it. The church and society honour it. The parents of both spouses honour it. There is a respect the world gives to those who are married, whether they are educated or not, rich or poor, godly or not. There is an honour your parents and relations want to give you; there is an honour the church and the community will want to give you on your wedding day. Key Verse: Proverbs 18:22 Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD. God said here that He will turn your captivity away from you. Whatever renders you captive that you cannot marry will be taken away from you. He wants you to marry. Forget the fact that you are alone in that nation. God has said you will marry. Forget the fact that you are a young person sitting in a congregation and every other person is married and you do not see a single lady there. Forget that fact because the creator said you will marry. Forget the fact that you are a widow and many young ladies are around. Key Verse: Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Child training is a labour. It is a work to be done. It involves vision and action, because the Bible says, "In the way he should go." You must design the way you want your child to go. Child training is an activity that takes time. It means, you must create time to be with the child. You have to reduce your involvement in other things for the training. How do you put people in a class for training and the teacher is not there for them? You have to create time for the child. Child training is a challenge. It is a challenge because many things go against it. What do we say about the lazy man? What about the man who occupies himself with other things? What about the travelling man? And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.5And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. Key Verse: Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. This Scripture is saying that in the beginning, before anything existed, there was God. God existed before everybody, before everything. Before anything you can imagine. This scripture also tells us that God is the One that created the heaven and earth. In the beginning God…! The first in existence is God; the first person in heaven is God, the first person in the world is God; the first person everywhere in the whole universe is God. God's existence is beyond human comprehension. He existed from eternity past gloriously and made everything that exists, perfectly. The earth is, because God lives. The reason why you are living now is because of God, whether you know it or not. What has sustained you to this day is God. He exists from generation to generation, time to time, place to place, and with Him you don't count minutes, hours, weeks, months or years. |
