KEY VERSE: JOHN 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Jesus said he that does not believe in Him shall be condemned. They shall be damned to hell. That is the final verdict. You are free to make your choice, you are free to believe whoever you want; but the verdict of God your Creator has been released, you will be damned if you reject Jesus. Anyone who rejects our Lord Jesus will perish in hell for rejecting the true Savior and His Word of righteousness. 5/29/2022

KEY VERSE: JOHN 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Now our understanding, to buy, means exchange of something with money. But in this case, it is not with money. The Bible puts it this way; we bought the truth because it costs us to get at it. It is costly to get the truth. KEY VERSE: LUKE 13:24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. Here the scripture presents to us the two ways in this life; the narrow way and the broad way which is the natural way of life and many are following it. That is the way of destruction. It is the way of sin. Only few are on the narrow way and that is the way that leads to life. People must be persuaded to come to the narrow way. In the broad way people follow the natural course of this life by living in sin, serving satan, serving idols and doing whatever they want to do. (18) Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the Lord. KEY VERSE: 1 JOHN 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. Hatred is resentment, rejection, dislike and denial of love towards a person. It is a feeling of dislike so strong that it demands action to harm. Today’s scriptural text is a command not to hate your brother or sister in the heart, instead love your neighbor or brother as yourself. Saul hated David and made several attempts to kill him. 1 Samuel 19:8-10 And there was war again: and David went out, and fought with the Philistines, and slew them with a great slaughter; and they fled from him. And the evil spirit from the Lord was upon Saul, as he sat in his house with his javelin in his hand: and David played with his hand. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (16) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. (17) And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. KEY VERSE: 1TIMOTHY 5:22 Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure. Worldliness refers to sinful lifestyles. It involves the love of pleasure. People of the world derive sinful pleasure from corrupt activities, such as drinking alcohol, smoking, partying, womanizing, gambling, etc. Worldliness also includes ungodly dressing and adornments, love of money, love of fashion and pleasures of this life, fleshly games and entertainment, worldly music and dancing, etc. Sinners in the world do not submit to decent dressings.
