EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING

Philippians 2:20-21 For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.
Timothy's service was not motivated by money. Preacher, preach by faith not for money! The Lord will take care of you by faith. Do this work naturally without putting your eyes on money. Remove money from your mind and God will take care of your life.
Paul was speaking about a youth named Timothy of whom he said, “I have other people with me but you are different from them. These other ones are entangled. Some of them, marriage has entangled them but Timothy you are not married; you are available twenty-four hours a day.
For some, their entanglement is their children's school fees or what they would eat. They are not fully available like you Timothy.”
That is why getting a youth into this job makes it run very fast. By the time he starts thinking about marriage or having children, the work has already gone far and the work has been done worldwide.
Before the children come to become stubborn, evil and wicked, the work had gone far. If youths are brought in, this work will run.
Wherever Timothy went with Paul it was a complete family because he left nothing at home. You are not the one feeding your father and mother. You are not the one paying your brother's school fees.
You are a preacher fully available for God and your family has released you. They know about it so your work is 100% commitment. Twenty-four hours a day you are available for the work.
Paul said “I have no man like-minded fully available for me” and he came to Paul whose breadth was pounding because of evangelism and ministry. The work really progressed.
Even for many who claim to be ministers, their minds are not fully with God. They cannot make sacrifice. But Timothy was not like that. As a disciple, Timothy continued in the word, not just hearing but doing it. Not just studying but practicing it.
You might have been introduced to the Lord, or have been a disciple, what you need to do is to continue in the word of God. Continue with this truth. Continue in diligent service.
