 EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) WEDNESDAY JULY 31, 2024 Text: Deuteronomy 7:1-6 1When the Lord thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou; 2 And when the Lord thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: 3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. 4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the Lord be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly. 5 But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire. 6 For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. Key Verse: Neither shall thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. Deuteronomy 7:3 God has a pattern for a holy ministry, like Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide. God has a standard for His children, and how He wants us to operate in every area of our lives. And we have been following God the way He is teaching us through our Leader. God wants to teach us the way of holiness, righteousness and truth in marriage. Do Nothing For Self-Promotion EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) TUESDAY JULY 30,2024 Text: 3 John 1:9-11 9 I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. 10 Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church. 11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God. Key Verse: I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. 3 John 1:9 Actually, the bane of the matter that has dimmed the light of righteousness in churches is the desire to promote self. The desire for fame among ministers is common thing. You may be doing it unconsciously. You may not even be aware you are trying to project yourself; always trying to be noticed. Everything to be done, you are available. You are in a hurry to do everything by yourself with a zeal that is not justified by righteousness and holiness. So, there are three key words in members that are involved in self-advertisement; pride, greed and avarice. These are key words to consider in this subject. Man by nature loves fame. He wants to be known. It should be that he is the best to do this and he should be noticed. 7/29/2024
God Wants You To Be Perfect EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) MONDAY JULY 29, 2024 Text: Genesis 17:1-2 1And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. 2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. Key Verse: Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Matthew 5:48 The notion of many in the world is that nobody can be perfect. But what is this scripture saying? That notion is not true people can be perfect, including you, and this is what God wants. Be perfect. Do not have sin in your life. Be ye therefore perfect. Do not listen to these preachers who themselves are not perfect. They cannot make anyone perfect. Listen to the Bible that says; be perfect. Perfect; means do not have sin in your life, in your heart, in your mouth or in your actions. Do not go to places of sin. Do not speak words of sin. Do not associate with sin. Be perfect even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. If your husband is not, go beyond him to be perfect. If your wife is not, go beyond her to be perfect. If your parents or siblings are not, go beyond them to be perfect. If your pastor is not, go beyond him to be perfect. Aim at the perfection of God. 7/28/2024
Wait Upon Me And Be Peaceful EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) SUNDAY JULY 28, 2024 Text: Isaiah 40: 27-31 27 Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel, My way is hid from the Lord, and my judgment is passed over from my God? 28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Key Verse: “Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavors: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert.” (Psalm 28:4). I wish My children while on earth to live more and more in the heavenly places. Here, there is no fear or hurry or fret of spirit. I am gratified when you wait upon Me; which waiting I always honour. My thoughts, as you wait upon Me, are impressed upon you: all that I AM must be increasingly absorbed by you. It is as you wait upon Me that I give to you that sense of calm assurance which you must carry about with you always. It comes from knowing that everything you have committed to Me is being surely worked out. Yes, immerse yourself in Me and do not look anxiously within yourself to see what you are becoming! My child, wait much upon Me. Key Verse: And be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you may prove what is that good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2 All workers in HOREMOW are to be productively engaged in Divine Assignment. Divine Assignment is the wisdom of God to His church in this end time. It is God who gave us this assignment to preserve the church and rescue it from the decadence that has bedeviled it. Today's Christianity is devoid of study of God's word, qualitative prayers and evangelism is almost practically dead in the church. You hardly see believers buying books to read. The social media have taken many Christians today away, including pastors. Many hardly have time for personal spiritual development. But God has used the International Director, Pastor Paul Rika to engage the brethren in profitable spiritual assignments. It is therefore imperative for all members to partake in these assignments. Key Verse: But ye shall receive power; after that, the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem and in all Judaea and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8 I n every organization, workers are trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate maximally for optimum profit. God employs laborers in His vineyard to bear abiding fruit. The disciples had worked with the Master for three and a half years, and now they were to face the world themselves after His ascension. But He commanded them not to go into the field of service but to wait for the promise of the Father. The divine counsel came from Jesus Himself to the disciples. He did not want them to think they could carry out the service simply because He had sent them out before to preach, teach, and do signs and wonders of various degrees but He commanded them to wait for the power of the Holy Spirit. Who shall dwell on Your holy hill? Psalm 15:1 minister or a worker in the vineyard of God is not defined by the skills he or she possesses, not by what he or she performs in the church, but by who he or she is. God looks at the heart. He considers the state of your being. True worship is not by fleshly performance but by the ministration via the soul that is genuine, pure, and cleansed unto the Lord. A minister of God must, therefore, be born again. His soul must be regenerated. There must be a clear proof of repentance observable in his or her life. There must be a clear-out of the way of life before and after the new birth experience. There must be a definite date and possible record of time when the new birth experience took place, just like having a record of the birthday date.  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) WEDNESDAY JULY 24, 2024 Text: Ephesians 1:1-4 1Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus: 2 Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Key Verse: And The Very God Of Peace Sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 The scripture shows that Christ died to sanctify the church, the body of believers to make them holy so that they may serve Him and live with Him forever. If Christ cannot make you holy, then you cannot serve Him. You cannot live with Him forever. As faithful as He is that heals your sickness, He is also faithful to make your soul completely free from sin. He is also faithful to cleanse your spirit from all filthiness. He is also faithful to preserve you until the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Now, this is what God is saying, but alas, the church failed God.  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) TUESDAY JULY 23, 2024 Text: Proverb 8: 12, Romans 2:5-12. 12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. Key Verse: “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God”. 1 Corinthians 1:18. Wisdom in the human sense refers to the quality of having experience, knowledge and good judgment about something. God is Wisdom Himself and His works are perfect. The difference between the wisdom of God and human wisdom is liken to someone who called a man and his son and asked who was the older between them? That really describes the comparison between the wisdom of God and the wisdom of the sons of men. Again, comparing the light of the sun and the light of the moon. The sun is a bundle of light shining out in full strength to great distances, lightening the world. While the moon, like one of the planets, is reflecting back the light of the sun. It is not light in itself. People have been there and saw the rocks, the nature of the moon, but none has been to the sun. They will be burnt up. Even on earth, we are burning, how much more of getting closer? That is the wisdom of God. 7/22/2024
Commitment to Soul Winning EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) MONDAY JULY 22, 2024 Text: Luke 15:7-10 7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. 8 Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it? 9 And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost. 10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. Key Verse: And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15 Soul winning is every believer's ministry. It is a general assignment to all born again Christians. It is the heart beat of God. Go and tell them that Jesus died for the sinful world and is coming back again. Do you know how many thousands, if not millions are dying and going to hellfire daily? Brethren, it is an urgent call to reconcile man to God, his creator before death or rapture. Soul winning is a Divine command by Jesus Himself. Start from where you are now, including your family members that are not yet converted. Apostle Paul knew the urgency of this assignment when he categorically said “Though I preach the gospel I have nothing to glory of; for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me if I preach not the gospel”. 7/21/2024
Exemplary Dressing Of Holy Ministers EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) SUNDAY JULY 21, 2024 Text: 1 Timothy 4:11-13 11 These things command and teach. 12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Key Verse: Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace s h al l be with you. Philippians 4:9 That which you have been seeing! You are a pastor, a coordinator or a chapter leader. There are things that people look at you for; apparently, outwardly, and they copy. Most of this has to do with how you look; your dressing and appearance. Do you look holy? Do you look glorious? Do you look presentable? Do you look as somebody they can be proud of? My pastor looks wonderful! In fact, sometimes people would like to snap you and post it out. “This is my pastor”; in pride and in praise. How do you look? Do you copy? Some of you know that you do not dress well. You look too casual when you dress. You look shabby and dirty. You are not presentable. 7/20/2024
The Rewards Of Givers In The Bible EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) SATURDAY JULY 2024 Text: Hebrew 6: 10-15 10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: 12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. 13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, 14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. 15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. Key Verse: But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 Let us examine some givers in the scripture to see what blessings followed them from their service of righteousness; Barzillai: The Bible gave account of this blessed giver in 2 Samuel 17:27-29. God had promised to establish His kingship over Israel forever and Jesus Christ the Son of God would come into the world in the Name of Son of David and to rule mankind forever. Satan wanted to disrupt this Divine plan; hence, he stirred up Absalom to take over the kingdom. To save his life, David and the multitude of men with him fled to the wilderness. How would they feed in the wilderness? Barzillai wanted the ministry God had given to David to prosper unfailingly and supplied abundantly the resources they needed in the wilderness. He was immediately rewarded on earth when David was restored back to the kingdom, and that of heaven awaited him surely; in 2 Samuel 19: 31-38. 7/19/2024
Facing The Challenge Of Widowhood EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) FRIDAY JULY 19, 2024 Text: Deuteronomy 30:15-19 15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; 16 In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. 17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; 18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it. 19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: Key Verse: Who is among you that feareth the Lord, that obeyeth the voice of His servant, that walketh in darkness, and had no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord, and stay upon his God. Isaiah 50:10 Even though widowhood produces many challenges, the widow can still live a life of holiness and righteousness and remain heaven bound. It is a matter of personal decision. Let`s examine the case of two widows in Ruth 1: 4-18, two women faced the same circumstances but chose different paths of widowhood. Some widows became second wives, concubines and harlots because they could not take the right decision. Ruth was determined that she would not let herself be abused because of widowhood. God who made the mouth knows how to fill the stomach. God who made the body knows how to kill the sexual desire of the body. Ruth took a costly decision, taking a risk on God and today, no widow has exceeded her record. That which Ruth lost for the sake of Christ all came back to her. At that time your husband died, God set before you two things: good and evil, blessing and cursing, life and death (Deuteronomy 30:15,19) God wants you to make the right choice and take the right decision, even as you face the challenges of widowhood.  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) THURSDAY JULY 18, 2024 Text: Isaiah 5:13-16 13 Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst. 14 Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it. 15 And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled: 16 But the Lord of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness. Key Verse: “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat” (Matthew 7:13). An excerpt from, 'Escaping Hell And Entering Heaven Made Simple.' Also at the gate, Jesus stretched out His left hand and I saw the broad way. I saw multitudes of people: little children, youths, men and women of all races, black and white. I saw the rich and the poor, the nobles and kings of the earth. I had perfect understanding there. The density of people walking that way, I can best compare to the multitudes of people I saw in Oshodi market, in Lagos, Nigeria. They were pressing on one another, over-taking each other. I saw that their movement was not done freely. There was a strong force pulling them towards the direction they were going. Then I asked the Lord Jesus, “Where are these people going to?” He answered. “They are on their way to hell. These are people I created for My own glory, but now they are on their way to eternal destruction.” (Psalms 9:17).  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) WEDNESDAY JULY 17, 2024 Text: 2 Samuel 20:4-10 4 Then said the king to Amasa, Assemble me the men of Judah within three days, and be thou here present.5 So Amasa went to assemble the men of Judah: but he tarried longer than the set time which he had appointed him. 6 And David said to Abishai, Now shall Sheba the son of Bichri do us more harm than did Absalom: take thou thy lord's servants, and pursue after him, lest he get him fenced cities, and escape us. 7 And there went out after him Joab's men, and the Cherethites, and the Pelethites, and all the mighty men: and they went out of Jerusalem, to pursue after Sheba the son of Bichri. 8 When they were at the great stone which is in Gibeon, Amasa went before them. And Joab's garment that he had put on was girded unto him, and upon it a girdle with a sword fastened upon his loins in the sheath thereof; and as he went forth it fell out. 9 And Joab said to Amasa, Art thou in health, my brother? And Joab took Amasa by the beard with the right hand to kiss him. 10 But Amasa took no heed to the sword that was in Joab's hand: so he smote him therewith in the fifth rib, and shed out his bowels to the ground, and struck him not again; and he died. So Joab and Abishai his brother pursued after Sheba the son of Bichri. Key Verse: “Devise not evil against thy neighbor, seeing he dwelleth securely beside thee.” Proverbs 3:29 However, by February 2020, the Corona virus problem had become a global affair which led to cancellation of international flights and several restrictions all over the world. I was stunned and wondered which enemy that was following me to terminate the journey to England. I began to pray for the will of God to be done. I continued with rigorous training and practice until I became very fit and skillful, such that it would require up to four players to mark me on the field of play as a left full back. I could distribute the ball to my teammates with ease and precision at any part of the field. I could juggle the ball up to one hundred and fifty times with my legs and thighs and up to fifty times with my head. I also had several other skills.  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) TUESDAY JULY 16, 2024 Text: Jeremiah 45:1-5 1The word that Jeremiah the prophet spake unto Baruch the son of Neriah, when he had written these words in a book at the mouth of Jeremiah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, saying, 2 Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel, unto thee, O Baruch: 3 Thou didst say, Woe is me now! for the Lord hath added grief to my sorrow; I fainted in my sighing, and I find no rest. 4 Thus shalt thou say unto him, The Lord saith thus; Behold, that which I have built will I break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up, even this whole land. 5 And seekest thou great things for thyself? seek them not: for, behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, saith the Lord: but thy life will I give unto thee for a prey in all places whither thou goest. Key Verse: “Abstain from all appearance of evil.”1 Thessalonians 5:22 My name is Peter Isaac from Suleja zone. I give thanks to God for all that He has done in my life. I came across the testimony of Sister Linda in 2013 when I was still in my denominational church. Whenever people testify of the love of God, I would wonder if it is only these people that God loves. As a youth, I had a strong desire to become a professional footballer, so I started to train with others. At the early stage I was a bit fat and since my friends were mocking me, I decided to burn the fat and maintain the physique of an athlete. I embarked on strenuous exercises, jogging far distances from Madalla to Kagini and back, from 4 am daily and within a short time I achieved my aim. I had stamina to run around in the field of play for rapid sprinting and for prolonged running up and down to tackle opponents. I had dreams of becoming a celebrity as a foreign-based professional footballer. I thought those dreams and thoughts were from God. I never knew they were from the devil. And the Lord heard it. 3 (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.) 4 And the Lord spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out. 5 And the Lord came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth. 6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the Lord will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream. 7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. 8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the Lord shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses? 9 And the anger of the Lord was kindled against them; and he departed. 10 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous. 11 And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned. 12 Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he cometh out of his mother's womb. 13 And Moses cried unto the Lord, saying, Heal her now, O God, I beseech thee. 14 And the Lord said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in again. 15 And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again. Key Verse: The aged women likewise, that they be in behavior as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things. Titus 2:3 Number four, it is not mandatory for a woman leader to be pastor's wife. Any woman can be chosen to be the leader of the women by the authority of the church. If a woman does not respect the leadership and authority of the church, she cannot be a leader. Some of them are too big. Maybe because of the name given to them. I don't know. I am talking generally about women. The fact is that God wants to bring us to a particular size to fit in. I used to look at myself this way, that God should create means whereby I can fit in. Any part of me that is too big, let it be cut off. So that I can fit in to that thing that God has designed for me to fit in. Women leaders, fit in. There is something that has been designed for you to go through to succeed in ministry. To be a true leader that God honours. This has been designed for you.  EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) SUNDAY JULY 14, 2024 Text: Matthew 28:19,20 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Key Verse: 11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 1Timothy 2:11,12. We are to teach everything that the Bible commands. All leaders should be able to know these things. So that nothing is happening there differently. Therefore, we have to make clear the biblical basis of the arms of the ministry in HOREMOW as it ought to be. Let us note the following. The women ministry was created to handle special cases among the women by the Pastor. Remember, it is the Pastor that has been called, not the women leader or coordinator. The opportunity comes for women ministry to enable the Pastor to see their needs and how to handle them. Think of the way Pastor labours on witches and wizards, mostly among the women. Have A Perfect Heart Before God Like Asa EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) SATURDAY JULY 13, 2024 Text: 1 Kings 8:57-61 57 The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us:58 That he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers. 59 And let these my words, wherewith I have made supplication before the Lord, be nigh unto the Lord our God day and night, that he maintain the cause of his servant, and the cause of his people Israel at all times, as the matter shall require: 60 That all the people of the earth may know that the Lord is God, and that there is none else. 61 Let your heart therefore be perfect with the Lord our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day. Key Verse: But the high places were not removed: nevertheless, Asa's heart was perfect with the Lord all his days'. 1 Kings 15:14 From the text, Asa was perfect all the days of his life. His heart was perfect with the Lord. Why did your own collapse on the way? His heart was steady, sincere and he never fell. He was a leader, yet his heart never fell because of money, women, honour, pride or alcohol. His heart was perfect before the God of heaven. In 2 Kings 20:1- “In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him, and said unto him, thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order; for thou shalt die, and not live. It Is Not Optional To Be Born Again EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA, INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) FRIDAY JULY 12, 2024 Text: Psalms 32:3-5 3 When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. 4 For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah. 5 I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. Key Verse: “Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin, for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God”. 1 John 3:9 God desires everyone to know Him and His righteous ways and repent of their sins. He wants them to come to Him and acknowledge that they are sinners. In the case of David, when he was silent on his sinful life, he didn't have rest. His throat and body were dry. His bones were making noise because there was no rest within him. He could not sleep when he thought of God's judgement and consequences coming up against him because of his sins. You are not concerned, instead of repenting you begin to tell more lies to cover your sins. How do you think you will recover yourself? Unless you acknowledge that you are a sinner, lusting after women, committing fornication, adultery, masturbation, homosexuality, taking alcohol and all manners of evil, you will not be forgiven. Stop pretending, cry to God over your sins and He will forgive you. So long as you still practice witchcraft, collecting charms and ready to fight, you are not born again. |
